Our price includes the on-site soil evaluation and preparation of the completed report. The report provides the soil information needed by the appropriate health department and your septic designer or installer as they determine permitting and system requirements under the rules that apply to your property.

Indiana
Onsite sewage system permitting is administered by the county health department under Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) rules.
Western Ohio
Sewage treatment system requirements are administered by local health districts under Ohio Department of Health rules, and differ from Indiana's process.
Because requirements, application steps, and scheduling vary by jurisdiction, we confirm what applies to your property before the visit rather than assuming one state's procedure carries over.
