Three tiers, built on each other: a desktop framework, field verification, and season-over-season refinement.
The one-time investment in zone mapping and verification is the foundation. Everything that comes after — the annual fertility program, the VRT maps, the yield tracking — builds on that foundation. You're not paying for a recurring service. You're investing in a permanent understanding of what your ground can do.
Start where you are. Standard and Verified are one-time investments in understanding your ground. Applied is the annual program that puts that knowledge to work every season.
Standard is the desktop foundation: a predictive map of how a field is likely to vary, built before anyone sets foot on the ground.
Standard delineates management zones using mapped soil information, terrain, landscape position, and expected soil behavior. It provides a desktop framework for understanding likely within-field differences. Every zone gets a ZoneIQ™ score and every field a FieldIQ™ rollup. No field work is involved — everything is built at the desktop from SSURGO data and high-resolution LiDAR terrain analysis.
Get StartedStandard predicts conditions from mapped data. Verified tests those predictions in the field.
Verified is not a separate mapping product — it is a single upgrade to Standard. We conduct soil borings across your existing zones to test the desktop predictions, document actual profile conditions, and refine zone boundaries. Observations confirm conditions at the boring locations and replace assumptions with site-specific data where it is collected.
Schedule a Field VisitApplied is where your zone map goes to work each season. Every year we help you decide where to invest — and where not to — so every fertilizer dollar has a reason to be there. As yield and soil-test history accumulate, recommendations can be evaluated and refined against actual field performance.
What’s included each year:
We don’t run soil fertility sampling in-house, but we can coordinate that process for you so the data flows into your program without gaps.
Start the ConversationA clean, printable zone map of your field showing management zones, zone boundaries, and acreage by zone. Also delivered as a GIS shapefile you can open in any mapping software.
Zone-by-zone capability scores with the factor breakdown — what's driving the score up or down in each zone. A written interpretation of what the boring data found and what it means for management.
Zone-specific P, K, and pH targets based on physical soil properties and current soil test results. Plain-English recommendations explaining why each zone gets what it gets.
A variable rate application shapefile your fertilizer dealer can load directly into their equipment. Compatible with John Deere Operations Center, Trimble, CNH AFS, and most retail variable rate spreaders. Includes total product order in lbs and tons.
A zone-based soil sampling plan with recommended retest frequency by zone — more often for zones in buildup mode, less often for zones at maintenance. Takes the guesswork out of when to resample.
Annual program clients have direct access to Kevin for questions throughout the season. As yield maps come in, we analyze them against zone capability scores to validate and refine the model.

A note on pricing: Standard and Verified are one-time capital investments in understanding your field. The zone map doesn't expire. The boring data doesn't change. You pay once to understand your ground — then Applied puts that knowledge to work every season. We don't run soil fertility sampling in-house, but we can coordinate that for you so the data flows into your program without gaps.
Financial analysis available: Kevin's background as an ag loan officer (10+ years, Merchants Bank of Indiana) means we can also help you build the cash flow and ROI case for agricultural investment.
